About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is the most important part of counselling. Seeking help can be daunting so It is important to me that you feel welcome and comfortable. I have a warm approach; offering acceptance and empathy in a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can feel supported and heard.

If you are finding life overwhelming or whether your experiencing the breakdown of a relationship, a bereavement, feeling anxious or depressed or just want to talk to someone who won’t judge, I believe I can help. Together we can explore the challenges you are facing and help to make sense of what you are feeling; so that you may be able to lead a more authentic and happier life.

I offer flexible hours which includes evenings.

Practice description

My Gravesend practice is situated in the town centre opposite Lord Street car park and is within walking distance of Gravesend Train station.
