About me and my therapy practice

Before embarking on a career in counselling my background was working for the NHS and Hospices which has given me extensive knowledge of working with people who are distressed. I have worked in a hospice for 20 years, which has given me experience of working with people facing life limiting illness or bereavement.

I work with individuals to help them overcome a variety of concerns such as bereavement, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and relationship difficulties.

Practice description

I offer a confidential space where we will work together, at your own pace, to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences to help you make sense of things and understand yourself better.

My first session

It can be very dauting to reach out and seek counselling. Taking this journey with a counsellor you feel comfortable with is really important. I therefore, offer a free 15 minute, no obligation,telephone conversation to determine if I am the right counsellor for you.
