About me and my therapy practice

I am a Gestalt Therapist.

Our counselling room is spacious and well ventilated, enabling us to observe social distancing measures and work safely with you, without the barriers of masks or visors, it is on the first floor of a lovely building in Southampton.

It is safe and secure providing a confidential environment for you to express yourself freely and openly in any way you feel comfortable, about any issues you have to deal with, without fear of judgement or offending and upsetting those closest to you; like your family, friends, work colleagues, or acquaintances.

A place where you're able to be honest with yourself about how situations or events affect you personally , where you can share how you feel, about your wants, a place where it is all about you.

Where your voice is the important one, your emotions , your thoughts are valid. A place you can find peace, to evaluate and process how life affects you.

Where all aspects of relationships, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, self-harm, addictions, traumatic events and any of life’s issues; past and present may be hindering you from living a full and happy life can be addressed.

Due to COVID-19 I’m now also permanently offering phone and Online services alongside Face2Face for those clients who prefer to work remotely.
