About me and my therapy practice

I am trained as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I use EMDR therapy in my practice as well. I can offer short and long-term counselling. I have experience working with presenting issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, relational and work difficulties. I enjoy working with children, young adults, families, and individual adults.

I offer online sessions on Monday (AM), Tuesday (AM), Wednesday (AM+PM) and Thursday (AM+PM) online.

I have in-person sessions in Fenchurch street on Tuesday Afternoons.
