About me and my therapy practice

I worked for nearly 20 years with young people and families.

Much of my work has been with schools and I offer 1 to 1 one and group counselling and psychoeducational training. Therefore, if you are a school with a need for a qualified professional to support student motivation, educational engagement or mental health and psychological challenges, I am able to provide bespoke interventions.

I also work with families and groups where I offer support to identify underlying causes for dysfunction and stress.

I possess a BA Applied Psychology and Caribbean Studies and an Msc Counselling psychology degree.
