About me and my therapy practice
I have been working as a therapist for 25 years in one to one and group treatment.
Therapy is very personal and can be tailored to the client. We all have different ways of looking at life and therapy should reach each person in their own unique perspective.
EMDR is useful for trauma and some other issues.
Mindfullness is often effective for depression.
CBT is helpful for anxiety.
