About me and my therapy practice
Do you want to talk to someone? If you are thinking of speaking to a qualified counsellor, I can offer you empathy, warmth and a non-judgemental space to share your thoughts and feelings. I will endeavour to see life through your eyes and understand how it is to be you. Whatever it is you want to talk about I will listen actively and confidentially, supporting you to prioritise and clarify your thoughts and share your worries.
I do not offer advice or try to fix things for you. I firmly believe you are the expert on yourself and your life. I help you to explore your situation and work through any challenges you may have. I will support you to make any changes you may wish to make so you feel able to to live your life your way.
After a free telephone consultation we will have an idea of whether we will be able to work together therapeutically. We would then meet in my office in central Wokingham, on a weekly basis, for up to twenty sessions. We review our work continually to establish how many sessions you feel you want and how you feel your therapy is going.
I offer appointments on weekdays, in the evening and weekends.
