About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapist, having trained at the well-renowned School of Psychotherapy and Psychology at Regent’s University, London. I attained a Post-graduate diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling including a two-year clinical placement. It was a thorough and demanding three-year course and I continue to train and attend lectures to ensure that I can provide the most effective treatment for my clients.
I work as an integrative therapist, encompassing numerous modalities, depending on the issue and complexity of your needs. We would work together to enable you to gain a deeper understanding and clarity on your issues and develop alternative responses to past and present concerns.
I work with a wide range of issues including but not exclusive to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, bereavement, relationship and work problems.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling (BACP) and abide by their strict ethical guidelines.
I currently work with young people at a charity offering one-to-one sessions and with adults in GP surgeries.
