About me and my therapy practice
Maintaining a work life balance can feel overwhelming at times. You may feel isolated and would rather resolve issues alone rather than burden family or friends. It may be difficult for you put into words what is going in fear of being judged or disregarded.
I have been working with adults and young people for 17 years and use a range of approaches that suit your individual needs. I am warm, approachable and completely non-judgemental allowing you a confidential space to explore issues comfortably.
I offer short and long term sessions.
