I'm Magda Janaszek
....and I believe in healthy, happy and more fulfilling life. Whether that means discovering who you are, achieving in business or improving quality of your life, together we can shape your goals, find a sense of direction and create meaning.
Counselling can provide an opportunity to talk about your feelings in a secure and private place. It can lead to greater self knowledge and enable the client to become aware of new choices and ways to improve relationships with others. Some people simply want to explore how they feel about their life.
My aim is to provide a respectful, safe, confidential and supportive environment where clients can explore and work through any emotional or life difficulties. I believe that each individual has the ability to reach their true potential within safe and non-judgemental space that the therapeutic relationship can offer. I am passionate about supporting people to recognise their self-worth and to achieve their goals.
