About me and my therapy practice
I have over 20 years experience as a CBT and EMDR psychotherapist and supervisor and have undertaken various clinical training programmes. Furthermore, I have worked in various settings such as: the National Health Service (NHS) as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR). I have worked for Local Authorities; Private Health Care; Fire Services; Occupational Health Providers; Police Services and Training and Education Services. I am an accredited CBT therapist and supervisor and have lectured at various universities. Furthermore, I am an accredited EMDR therapist and Consultant/Supervisor.
Practice description
My therapy practice is based in the centre of Crewe. There is an accessible bus route and other methods of public transport (i.e., train and taxi). Large car park nearby and shops and restaurants.
My first session
Thje first session with me will be an assessment session that will take one hour. In this session you will be asked to complete a psychometic self-report questionnaire and be given my GDPR contract to read and sign. At the end of the assessment session I will avivise you what type of therapy approach I recommend and explain why I have come to that decision and expalin the approach in full detail.

About me and my therapy practice
I have been a supervisor for many years and I am an accredited CBT supervisor and EMDR Consultant/Supervisor. I have supervised therapists/counsellors in the NHS individually and/or in groups. I also supervise individuals and private organisations.
Practice description
My practice is based on the outskirts of Crewe, There is off-road parking available.
My first session
The first session will consist of finding out about you and your supervisory needs and setting goals and expectations. I will also explain how I work and my background. We will go through the supervision contract and explore if you wish to commence regular one to one supervision and delivery method of this (i.e, face to face, telephone, Zoom etc).
