About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about the potential power of counselling, and have seen many examples of the positive impact talking therapy has had on peoples' lives. I obtained my Postgraduate counselling qualification from the University of Brighton in 2013. Since then I have worked with a wide variety of clients, across all ages from 18 to 80+. People with different problems, backgrounds, ethnicities and sexual orientations. I offer a straight forward, approachable and friendly counselling service.
If you would like help, whatever the issue, please contact me for a chat or an initial appointment, and we can talk about whether talking therapy could make a difference.
In addition to my counselling qualification, I have trained in and hold certificates for: Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention/SafeTALK, Self Harm, Working with Families of Substance Misusers, Family Mediation, Counselling Young People, Disassociation and Trauma, Teaching Meditation
From September 2019 I will also be offering Equine Assisted Therapy sessions near Market Deeping, so please let me know if this is something you are particularly interested in.
***Please note, I am currently only able to offer Saturday appointments***
