About me and my therapy practice

I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist with 20 years’ experience working in the NHS and Private Sector. I offer both short-term (brief intervention) and long-term therapy. I see clients face-to-face and by video link.

I work with clients with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, bereavement, anger, and grief.

I have a special interest in post-natal depression. I worked as a member of a team working with midwives supporting clients who had experienced FGM.

Practice description

I aim to facilitate thinking and processing of life's experiences with an empathic approach allowing the client time and space to explore and analyse in a safe environment.
