About me and my therapy practice
I am trained as an Integrative Counsellor. This means that I have training in different approaches but my core approach is person-centres. This means that I select the best approaches that match the issue and meet your needs best. I provide a tailor-made service which includes book recommendations, videos, emails, providing strategies and opportunities to explore your issues in depth for as long as you need to.
Practice description
I qualified as a counsellor in 2009 and I am also a Coach. I have previously had access to a Counselling Centre but I am currently offering Telephone, Skype, FaceTime or Zoom Counselling.
My first session
Once you make an enquiry, the first session will be part-assessment and part Counselling. It will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions, to get to know me as your counsellor and for me to explore the reasons you have accessed Counselling. I will then see whether you would like to book a further appointment to see me and we can go from there.
