Building a trusting therapeutic relationship with me, and through in-depth exploration enables you to understand yourself, yourself with others and to gain new insights and awareness, ideas and choices.
My name is Lorna, I am an experienced therapist and have worked with many varied presenting issues in the NHS, charity and forensic sectors. Together we can discuss your concerns and explore what is happening for you now. As every person is unique, every way of working is too, so I tailor therapy to the needs of the individual.
