About me and my therapy practice

HALF-PRICE FIRST SESSION: 50 mins  I  £20

Personal counselling for adults experiencing Anxiety, Depression, and problematic Alcohol/Drug use

Even the strongest among us can feel lost, unsure, and unhappy at times.

Counselling can help you to achieve insight and understanding concerning your difficulties, therapy enables you to unravel, experience, and work-through innate deep-rooted feelings in order to resolve them.

With the help of a counselling professional, you will be given the time and space needed to overcome your difficulties, as such, a more content and peaceful existence is possible and within your reach.
