About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am a person-centred counsellor based in Livingston, West Lothian.
Counselling can help you work through difficulties in your life. You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues or stress. Perhaps you’ve gone through a tough life event and are finding it hard to cope. Maybe something doesn’t feel right for you and you don’t know why. Whatever is troubling you, it can be helpful to talk to someone who will listen to you in a non-judgemental and supportive way.
I offer a warm, safe and confidential space and my approach to you will be empathic, accepting and genuine. I aim to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace so that you can gain deeper insight and move towards growth, change and healing.
Please feel free to get in touch with me if you would like to book a session.
I work from a peaceful room, which offers free parking and is situated for easy access to the M8 motorway.
I am happy to provide a free short telephone call before we meet for the first time so that you can ask me any questions and get a sense of me and how I work. If you then decide you would like to meet we can book your first session.
