About me and my therapy practice
I come from a business background with now over 25 years experience of Counselling and Supervision. I am able to work with clients within a time limited framework, having worked with a number of EAP's as well as working with longer term issues. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is important for the work and so I offer a FREE half hour session, with no obligation, for clients to see if they feel that I am the right therapist for them. My approach is integrative, utilising elements of Motivational Interviewing to enable people to explore the change process.
