About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I offer a safe and confidential space to talk about your problems.
I have experience in counselling a range of issues, including, depression, anxiety, bereavement/loss, trauma, menopause related issues and relationships issues. Perhaps you don’t know what’s wrong, but things just don’t feel ok? In the safety of a counselling setting, we can work together to face the challenges you may be going through.
I use variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, which can include mindfulness and creative techniques; I can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This awareness can enable personal growth and positive change in your life.
I mainly work face to face, but can also offer telephone and online sessions.
My first session
In our first session I will centre around assessing your needs and what your hopes are for therapy.
