About me and my therapy practice

I offer a therapy based primarily upon the person-centred approach but also utilise a range of other skills from other approaches such as CBT, TA and Gestalt, and I always approach my work with empathy, congruence and understanding of the client.

My practise is a choice of both face to face and internet counselling, please talk to me about your preferences.

I offer my service on both a one to one and couples basis.

My charge is from £55 per hour 1-1

Couples charge £70 for 75 minutes

I do offer concessionary rates which can be discussed at the introductory meeting

My first session

My first session is an important session for me to fully introduce myself to you, for you to introduce yourself to me, to talk about the contract between ourselves, the agreed cost of sessions and also a time in which you can open up about the issues you wish to bring to counselling. We can then both get a feel for the relationship and whether we both wish to commit to the process.
