I offer one to one therapeutic counselling to adults, young people and adolescents. My practice is based in a quiet village location just outside St. Ives, Cambridgeshire.

I work using an integrative approach which means I draw on a range of theoretical ideas and skills aiming to improve your emotional and mental wellbeing. I use a range of creative methods to help you to explore and gain an increased understanding of yourself.

I believe that we are all the expert of our own lives, as a counsellor I am not here to tell you what do or how to feel. I am here to walk with you on whatever journey you wish to take, to help you explore and find the clarity and healing you may be seeking.

I am an integrative counsellor working in Private practice, for a CSA Charity and as a contract counsellor within a counselling and wellbeing practice. I offer supervision to counsellors and trainee counsellors both online and face to face, my room is based just on the outskirts of Somersham.

I believe the supervisory relationship is as important as the therapeutic relationship so I feel it is important that a 'counsellor' finds the right supervisor for them, one that meets their needs.

A feel a good supervisory relationship should be trusting, open and honest, a place where you can freely explore the good, the bad and the ugly!

I aim to provide you with a confidential, respectful, non-judgemental, developmental space. I want my supervisees to feel valued, encouraged and motivated, to feel they are safe to evaluate, relect and explore their practice, to feel they have a companion as they go on a journey with their clients. I offer a collaborative space to share our wistom, knowledge and experience working together to create fresh insight, support and growth.
