About me and my therapy practice
An established and registered Psychotherapy Service in St Ann’s Square, Manchester, meeting the one-off, short-term and longer-term mental health needs of adults.
Your first appointment provides an opportunity for us to consider what brings you to therapy.
For some people this appointment can be both exciting and stressful while others may feel calm and relaxed.
Individual reactions differ though everything discussed is treated in confidence.
By the end of this appointment I will be in a better position to help you decide which type of talking therapy is most suitable along with the number and frequency of appointments.
Paul Melia is a registered and experienced therapist at this established practice. He is chair of the the North West Regional Psychotherapy Association.
Paul comes to therapy after a first career as an Art Historian. He occupied increasingly senior positions within UK universities and worked for over a decade on exhibitions and books with artists David Hockney and Peter Greenaway.
This is a therapy service dedicated to helping you improve your quality of life.
