About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I am Victoria, an experienced counsellor supporting adults working through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions within my private practice based in Romsey.

I work towards unpicking and healing the areas that have brought you on the counselling journey by using my gentle, empathic approach. Creating a safe space for you to talk, I will offer a safe space for you to explore a change in perception.

Exploring your inner conflicts may lead to understanding what fuels these. Unpicking what is miscommunicated more than anything else, and making meaning to what is unsaid can be a powerful process, one I can facilitate with you.

My experience includes supporting Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Personality Disorder.

My continuing development is an important and essential part of my practice.

Practice description

I offer face to face and online appointments. I can tailor the process to suit your needs, also providing Walk and Talk Therapy sessions.

Being curious together, we can turn what is coming up into conversation. In your own time, in your own way, I will be there beside you.

Creative work within therapy can be used to facilitate parts of the process with non-verbal expression as a means to communicate your inner world.

I also provide a range of coping techniques, including grounding exercise and mindfulness to support your journey away from the counselling process.

My first session

I offer a free consultation, lasting 20 minutes via video call or telephone.

This will give you a chance to ask any me questions and we can see if we work well together.
