About me and my therapy practice

I work as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist at a private practice in Broughton Astley. I can offer a warm, confidential, non-judgmental environment in which to explore the issues that are causing your distress.

As an Ingergative practioner I draw on different approaches, mainly psychodynamic and person centred, to suit your needs.

I see how issues from the past and the pain that it creates affect the way we are today. In a safe and trusting therapeutic relationships we can build a foundation in which to work.
