My name is Ceri and I’m a registered Psychotherapist.

Practice description

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), trained to Masters level with more than 1000 hours of experience conducting 1-1 therapy with clients. 

Additionally, I am a qualified Nurse with 15+ years of experience working within the NHS and healthcare within acute general hospitals, the community and primary care. I have previously worked as a senior nurse within Adult Mental Health Services where I managed a caseload of patients and held clinics at various GP surgeries and hospitals. Furthermore, I have worked within the Priory Private Hospital facilitating group therapy sessions.

There is also an option to block book sessions at a reduced cost. This is particularly helpful if you have a specific issue you would like to explore. 

The first therapy session will include a thorough assessment which involves reviewing the following factors: biological, psychological, social, lifestyle and environmental factors. 

Please feel free to write a few things down to prepare for your session.

Following this, we can review your goals of therapy and put a plan together to ensure the right therapeutic approach works for you.
