About me and my therapy practice

I offer a safe space for you to explore any issues you feel are troubling you, or issues that are outside your awareness. My core modality is person-centred counselling, where you are in control of the direction and pace of your sessions, and where you are at the heart of the process.

I also offer integrative sessions, where you know what changes you wish to make in your life, and maybe just need some support or direction. I respect and champion my clients and nurture the therapeutic connection in the space we create together.

The BACP Ethical Framework underpins my work and offers a foundation for safe, ethical, and professional practice.

Counselling puts you at the heart centre of the process.

About me and my therapy practice

My supervision practice is dynamic and underpinned by an integrative modality. I am always fascinated by the 'crowded room' described by Hawkins and Shohet (2012), and use an adapted approach using a lilpad metphor that engages my supervisee and their systemic process.

Supervision is a celebration and the best process for self and professional development.

The BACP Ethical Framework informs my practice to ensure you enjoy a safe, professional, and ethical experience where you, and your clients, are at the heart of each of your processes.
