Introduction

Hi, my name is Susannah and I am a fully qualified and insured BACP accredited counsellor working in Epsom, Surrey. I work with clients on a variety of issues and concerns including anxiety problems, depression, relationship and family difficulties, divorce, rejection, loss of self identity and life direction. I work with many survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse (I am Freedom Program trained)

As a therapist I work in such a way as to ensure you are central and in control of your own therapy at all times. I will listen to what you would like to achieve from our time together and will be led by you, exploring what you feel to be most relevant in every session. Our work together will be totally unique to you with therapy focused on meeting your needs, exploring and working towards the goals you wish to pursue, in an empathic, safe and confidential environment.

I work with clients on a whole range of issues including depression, anxiety, panic, self-worth and confidence related problems, relationship difficulties, redundancy, work issues and family problems. I work particulatly with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.

My first session

Introductory Session

I am happy to offer an initial introductory session for all prospective clients in order for you meet me, see if you feel comfortable with me and decide if I'm a good fit for your specific needs. This is £35 and is confidential and with absolutely no obligation to proceed. The introductory session can take place either on the telephone or online (zoom/facetime etc) at present.
