About me and my therapy practice
Whether you are looking for therapy for a particular issue or wanting long-term therapy, talking to someone can be a powerful and life-changing experience and at the same time taking the first step can be one of the most daunting things one can think of doing.
I believe in empowering you to discover the skills to achieve a sense of inner balance by relying on all the resources you possess through body, spirit, mind, and emotion.
My approach incorporates various forms of psychotherapy to aid you in becoming your own therapist for your particular circumstances, experiences, and environment.

About me and my therapy practice
I feel grateful to be able to continue to support my clients through these difficult times by moving my practice online. Often by speaking to someone and gaining insight into why we feel, think or behave in a certain way we can find healing and change.
If you are struggling with depression, anxiety and panic attacks, abuse, trauma, loneliness, stress, work and career issues, burnout, addiction, bereavement, grief, difficult emotions (anger, frustration, despair) or relationship problems, I can offer you the support you need.
