I am available daytimes and some evenings and work face to face or remotely (zoom video calls or telephone based). I also offer a combination of both in person and remote counselling. Some clients prefer the outdoors so walk and talk therapy is also an option (taking place at locations in the local north London area).

Maybe you feel anxious, depressed or overwhelmed, have experienced loss or have obsessive thoughts or other issues. You may want to make sense of your feelings and responses to allow yourself to make some positive changes. Perhaps you feel the need to please others, rather than fulfilling your own needs. Maybe your self esteem or confidence is low.
When we can express difficult feelings and understand ourselves more deeply, we start to make sense of our experiences. Then we can be better at coping with change. Expect compassion and down to earth support from me, in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Prior to my counselling career I worked in business development and soft skills training so I draw on this experience in helping clients to solve problems and achieve goals. I can, where appropriate, combine job related coaching with therapy, to help you to navigate change and grow in ways you would like to.
Practical tools have helped my clients to feel more empowered and cope more effectively. Including; tools to identify patterns of behaviour, breathing techniques, communication approaches and more.
I tailor my approach to fit each individual’s needs so I offer an integration of therapies including CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy tools for behavioural change), humanistic therapy (self - awareness and acceptance) and psychodynamic therapy (exploring your past).
I work with clients both short and long term.
My first session
If you are interested in working with me, I will offer a complimentary phone conversation (usually around 15-20 minutes) where we can discuss what you are looking for and see how I may be able to help. Also this is an opportunity for you to ask any questions which you may have and to decide if we would like to work together.
