About me and my therapy practice
Qualified since 2008, I have years of experience supporting people with a wide range of difficulties. Please feel free to get in touch for a free initial consultation or visit the website to get a bit more of a flavour of who I am and what I can offer.
We all experience times of anxiety, stress or low mood. Some of us experience these times more acutely than others. We could all benefit from a bit of support to navigate challenging emotions and seasons of our lives. At SixtyOne Counselling I can offer support for a wide range of presenting difficulties, if you feel that you would like some support, then please do get in touch so that we can discuss if we may be a good match; the first appointment is free.
I have over 13 years of full time experience as a therapist and have offered support in a variety of contexts including for the NHS, within drug and alcohol services and for those with severe and enduring mental health issues, as well as running a small private practice.
I can offer you a safe and empathic space to explore the things you are finding most difficult; together we can work to find ways of navigating life’s challenges and help you to develop a better sense of wellbeing.
