About me and my therapy practice

Maybe you are going through a bad time or a major life transition. You might be struggling with anxiety and depression, or you have suffered a major loss. It could be that you want to change certain behaviours or find healthier ways of coping with challenges in life.

My name is Maja and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor/psychotherapist. I have worked with a wide range of clients and many different presenting issues, such as bereavement and loss, workplace issues, anxiety, depression, childhood neglect, confidence and self-esteem issues and others.

You don't have to struggle alone. Opening up and being heard and understood by another person can bring a sense of relief.
