Hello and welcome!
You may be here because you are struggling with feeling unfulfilled in your life. You might be fighting an internal battle with painful thoughts and feelings. Perhaps you are faced with an intimidating decision and are not sure which direction to move in. Maybe you’ve been through a heart-breaking loss and you are feeling like it will never get easier.
Whatever is going on for you, something has brought you here which means you are seeking a shift in the way you perceive and feel about yourself and your world. It’s difficult to know where to turn in times like this, and you might be wondering if counselling will help.
I am trained to support you through your troubles, to help you make sense of your world, and to assist you in finding your inner resources to enhance your quality of life. I believe you deserve to be happy and fulfilled in your life and that you have the ability to make that happen.
I value the uniqueness in each individual, seeking out and walking your own path, connection, integrity, openness and honesty. Believing that each person can be empowered to find their own answers, we’ll work together to facilitate insight, as well as to discover solutions to problems. I am confident in my ability to foster an environment of safety, trust, and acceptance, in which together we can explore the aspects of your life which may be causing you pain and distress, where your potential feels limited, and where positive change can assist movement towards a more liveable life. I know that I am comfortable sharing a therapeutic space no matter your present state, and I’m not afraid to go with you into a dark place.
