I am a Senior BACP Psychotherapist and Accredited EMDR Practitioner. I offer psychodynamic counselling, CBT, EMDR and couples work in a quiet, private and confidential setting.

We explore, acknowledge difficult feelings in a supportive, and gently challenging environment. I work with you to find some perspective and containment with difficult and painful situations whilst supporting your change. I have extensive experience. As your counsellor I get to know you, develop an understanding of your circumstances, listen to what you have to say offering support and insight. My professional and confidential approach helps you to look at things clearly, when very often when things seem confusing and you 'can't see the wood for the trees'. Talking with someone without any agenda, or investment in your friends and family network, can be invaluable. My experience ranges from workplace stress, trauma, personal issues such as relationship, bereavement and parenting. These situations often mean that clients suffer with stress, panic and anxiety, loss and with those experiencing problems in their relationships, with self-esteem or lack of direction.
