About me and my therapy practice
I support people who want to feel better from difficult feelings or stressful events. Often people have tried to resolve issues through self help, support or may have had previous counselling. When this is not enough more depth may be needed with someone skilled to explore and support you further.
I offer positive support and time to reflect on what you need. By considering and re-framing how we think and feel about our issues, we can consider alternatives and sometimes try out new ways. Often this includes supporting ourselves better and dealing with that 'inner critic'.
I believe in the possibility of change and improving our wellbeing when life may seem complex. By working together we explore new ways of looking at issues so we can look for the resolution you seek.
I welcome enquiries and understand you need to find the person who feels right for you. At present I am not taking new clients but you can make enquiries with a view of starting in March.
