About me and my therapy practice
I support people who want to feel better about difficult feelings, past experiences or stressful events. You may be new to counselling/therapy. Or you may have tried to resolve issues through self help and support but want more depth. Either way someone skilled to explore and support you further may help you work out what you need.
I offer positive support and time to reflect on what you need. By considering and re-framing how we think and feel about our issues, we can consider alternatives and sometimes try out new ways. Often this includes supporting ourselves better and dealing with that 'inner critic' or old pattern differently.
I believe in the possibility of change and improving our wellbeing when life may seem complex. By working together we explore new ways of looking at issues so we can look for the resolution you seek.
I welcome enquiries and understand you need to find the person who feels right for you. I usually work face to face but am able to work On-Line or on the telephone in the UK. I like to start with an initial free telephone call to clarify issues and you get a sense of how I work.
