About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes, living with high levels of anxiety, guilt. shame, or fear for a prolonged period, can negatively affect the way we perceive ourselves and others. It can make you feel misunderstood, lonely, and disconnected from others; ultimately you could develop symptoms of depression. Dealing with these symptoms can feel overwhelming, so having a safe place where you can talk freely can be the first step towards understanding and processing painful emotions. Whether you wish to explore the past, want to understand current issues, or feel ready to make a positive change in your life, we can work together to achieve your goals.
Having a safe place where you are able to talk freely can be the first step towards understanding and processing painful emotions. I will work with you to help you gain the skills you need to achieve better emotional control. Making an initial appointment can be tough, but the improvement that counselling will make to your quality of life is huge.
