About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and transformative coach.
Currently I work in the charitable sector as a coach and counsellor, and in private practice as a therapeutic coach.
I am also an IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed therapist and in ongoing training with this method of working.
Practice description
My values are based on compassion and acceptance, and my person centred approach is much informed by the powerful, evidence based model of therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My website has more information including a short video which gives a feel for what to expect from therapeutic coaching.
Qualifications: Diploma in Transformative Coaching (to be completed 2022), Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (2013), Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology (2011). Master of Arts in Illustration (2021), PGCE (1994), BA Maths/Philosophy (1991)
