About me and my therapy practice
Do I need therapy? I would say everyone need help at some point in their life. Therapy is a dynamic relationship that creates the opportunity to explore your feelings, emotions, and thoughts with a wider view of reality. Your own perspective with the addition of my professional experience joining forces in this teamwork to help you to understand your worries, fears, overthinking patterns, and symptoms that are making you feel uncomfortable or stuck in the present. As a consequence, you will learn from exploring your past, behaviour, and cognitive processes, to get a grip on your own life.
My training has encompassed many modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, and CBT. Depending on the clients’ preferences and their individual needs, together, we decide on the most beneficial and suitable strategy and goals for your therapy. I offer both, short and long-term therapy treatment.
My first session
My priority is to help people experiencing difficult emotional times, no matter what the sources are or when these might have occurred; I am here to support you through the journey back to wellness. If you are experiencing emotional turmoil and think I could be of help, I am here for you.
