Sessions from £60.00

Features

  • Concessionary rates

Availability

I have a full practice, but there is constant movement due to the nature of the work. Please get in touch to see whether there is current availability. If there is flexibility in your schedule (during the day as opposed to evenings), there is more chance we'd be able to meet in the near future.

About me and my therapy practice

Contacting a therapist is likely to be a scary experience. I understand that seeking support takes courage, and can feel like a very big step. Seeking to talk confidentially to another person is, in my view, a sign of self-respect and self worth, and can lead to new insight and understanding. As an introduction, I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation where we can discuss your needs, any questions you may have and decide whether to begin working together. Bringing openness and clarity to the process of therapy can often help ease any fears or uncertainties you may be experiencing.

Whatever has brought you here to this moment, trust the timing of your life, and lean into the discomfort.
