About me and my therapy practice

Life can be exceptionally challenging at times, and if you find yourself struggling to feel like yourself, relate to others,  engage in activities you usually enjoy, or complete necessary tasks, you are not alone. Difficulty connecting with others may intensify this sense of isolation, leaving you feeling misunderstood or unsure of where to start.

Recognising and acknowledging these feelings is an essential first step. It's okay, and courageous even, to seek support and explore ways to navigate through these challenges.

My desire is to provide a safe and encouraging space for my clients to navigate through any changes or struggles, wanted or unwanted, they may be facing in life. I strive to help clients build a strong, healthy relationship with themselves and others, and move past any barriers that may be blocking their access to their intuition, joy and courage. I am compassionate and perceptive and I am driven by relieving distress and confusion to find an empowering path forward.

Couples/Relationships

Relationships are the cornerstone of our lives, influencing our happiness and overall well-being. Yet, when a relationship hits rough patches, it can leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed, affecting every aspect of our lives. Relationship counselling can offer a beacon of hope and a pathway to understanding, growth, and connection.

I'm passionate about guiding couples through the complexities of relationships to a place of harmony and fulfillment. I believe that relationship counselling isn't just about resolving conflicts; it's about delving deep into understanding oneself and one's partner, and how those dynamics shape the relationship.

Navigating through challenges alone can feel like an uphill battle, especially when communication breaks down. Together, we'll unravel the intricacies of your relationship, working through tough emotions and communication barriers. It's an opportunity not just to mend what's broken but to enrich and deepen your connection with each other.
