You are important. 

Are you feeling the pressures of life? 

Perhaps you need support and understanding with the anxieties life often brings. 

It can be incredibly tough; feeling as though you're on your own, or that those around you don't understand. 

Maybe you don't want to share your thoughts and feelings with those closest to you... 

During therapy, you will find a relaxed, safe and confidential environment. We can explore together; where you are, discover the changes you would like to make and look at how you can put the foundations into place, to make those changes real. 

You may have already gone through some significant changes and could be feeling overwhelmed. 

I can help and encourage you to discover a better sense of well-being. 

You will be heard, without being judged.

Practice description

My person-centred approach, means that the therapy I offer is not directive; I won't advise you, but I will listen, offer confidentiality, respect, empathy and warmth. 

I am with you in the session, not leading you. I will by no means judge you. I will offer challenges to help you move and grow. 

You won't go home with instructions, but you will go home knowing that you have instant support and trust in your newly established, therapeutic relationship. 

Sessions can be arranged at a time to suit you - daytime, evenings or weekends.

Call, email or text and we will work out a convenient time and date for you to come along. Let’s see if we can work together for your improved well-being.

My first session

Often during your first session you will wonder what to bring. 

You will be able to see if you feel comfortable in my "at home" working environment and whether it's the right place for you to work through your thoughts and feelings, to help you find a way to a better well being.
