With more than 15 years experience as a counsellor, I offer a safe, friendly and confidential space for individuals aged 16 years + who are experiencing anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.

I specialise in working with clients with bereavement and loss, including miscarriage, suicide and other sudden losses.

Problems can often feel overwhelming and it can be difficult to see a way forward. My approach is supportive in allowing you to explore difficulties without judgement and enable you to reach your own decisions based on what is right for you. 

Therapy can help people work through difficulties, make positive changes and help relieve emotional distress.

I am a person centered counsellor and supervisor. I am an accredited member of the BACP .

I have 15 years experience in a number of settings including primary care, Occupational Health, EAP work and private practice. 

I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health issues and have a passion for working with people who have experienced bereavement and loss, in particular sudden loss and trauma. 

As a supervisor, I endeavour to provide a supportive, open and encouraging environment. A joint endeavour between myself and supervisee to explore any issues, ideas and perceptions that arise from your client -work. 

My model of supervision is the seven-eyed model of supervision - Hawkins and Shohet.

I offer a free initial 20 minute session to discuss your hopes, concerns and expectations for supervision and I’ll explain how I work . Together, we can decide if we would be a good fit or not. 

I provide supervision by telephone or video call.

My fees are -

£65 for  1.5 hours. (Qualified counsellors)

£60 for 1.5 hours ( Trainee counsellors )
