Sometimes in life we suffer difficult situations and are not sure which way to turn. Counselling/Psychotherapy can help us understand why we are not coping and lead us to find the answers that allude us. I offer a confidential and safe environment to explore difficult issues for individuals and couples. I have many years experience working with childhood issues which manifest in adult life. I also work with bereavement and sexual abuse.

My first session

Its very important for you to feel comfortable with your therapist and I will do everything possible to provide a safe environment and help you to settle any doubts you may have. It’s very normal to feel nervous on your first session but I’m confident you will soon feel at ease.
