About me and my therapy practice
You present as a fully functioning adult on the outside but inside may feel anxious, alone and overwhelmed. Perhaps you are experiencing the end of an important relationship, a bereavement or heartbreak. Maybe you struggle with relationships, staying away from them, experiencing anxiety, while yearning for more fulfilling connections. Perhaps you are feeling an anxiety or urgency as you move towards a milestone birthday.
Come as you are with whatever troubles and heartache you are feeling. I work with your grief, heartbreak, overwhelm and anxiety, stuckness, numbness, frustration and anger. I offer you a space in which you can take stock, feel your feelings, say your words without judgement. A space where you can start to really get to know yourself. Knowing ourselves well enables us to see old damaging patterns, that have kept us stuck and feeling hopeless. Understanding ourselves well can open up possibilities of choice, of doing things differently, of feeling free enough to to make decisions based on our own feelings and experience, rather than other's expectations.
I bring warmth and empathy, humour and challenge. Working with me is a deepening journey into soul; a discovery of your own knowing and wisdom. We go at your pace, working towards a fuller understanding of how you are in in the world, and in your relationships through a renewed connection to self.

You can email me and we can arrange a time for an initial session. An initial session is a paid for 50-minute session where you can get a sense of what I offer. If you wish to proceed, we can meet weekly at the same time in a slot reserved for you.
