There is likely a little small wait for ongoing sessions but sometimes a one-off session can be helpful as a one off ‘taster’ online session, so you get a chance to speak to a therapist about therapy while looking for a therapist.
Alternatively, I do have on occasion an ad-hoc face to face session free, these sessions are on Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoon, please contact me to see if this is available.
*I'm holding a waiting list for face to face sessions on Wednesday morning and Friday.
About me and my therapy practice
It is often hard to take the first step and contact a therapist, it can feel very daunting and scary to take that leap, but it is one that many people say is the best thing they ever did for themselves.
People are drawn to therapy for many reasons, something is happening that is making life difficult, you are entering a period of transition, stuck in a rut or want to improve your relationships, therapy encourages you to reflect over your fears, repetitive patterns, and gives you space to consider meaningful insights and the potential for change.
My role is to provide a safe, anti-oppressive, confidential environment for you to make sense of these difficult and often uncomfortable feelings. In my practice I draw from a number of therapy modalities, specifically Psychodynamic and Humanistic as well as more creative schools of thought. Ultimately, I believe it is about working collaboratively and seeing you as an individual.
I offer long term and short-term therapy.
Sessions available
Working in the North London area, currently have minimal slots available, these are on Wednesday daytime face-to-face and evening online, as well as Friday online or face-to-face.
There is likely a little small wait for ongoing sessions but sometimes a one-off session can be helpful as a one off ‘taster’ online session, so you get a chance to speak to a therapist about therapy while looking for a therapist.
