Availability

I currently only have availability on a Monday or Tuesday during the day as most of my evening slots have been taken.  Please do call or email me though as availability changes.

About me and my therapy practice

Counselling provides an a opportunity to talk to a professional in a confidential and non-judgemental space. At some point in our lives most of us will experience challenges and difficulties, sometimes our usual coping strategies are not enough and we need help. Sometimes a significant life event, a bereavement, divorce, loss of job or a cumulative build up of life stresses means we just can’t cope. Maybe you lack confidence and self-esteem? do you suffer with anxiety and panic? may be you are struggling in your relationships, feeling low or just feel a bit “stuck”? talking to a professional can help. Sometimes we just can’t pin point what is wrong. I believe a strong and trusting relationship between the therapist and client is key to healing.

Counselling can can develop an insight into understanding our problems, help to process painful past experiences, understand limiting beliefs, habitual ways of thinking and gain a self-awareness of how we are in our relationship with ourself and others.

Practice description

I work at Chiltern House Business Centre in Henley-on-Thames.  My practice is a clean, calm and peaceful space where you can get an excellent coffee in reception! Parking is nearby in the station or on a meter outside and we are located a few minutes walk from the heart of the town.


My first session

Please call or email me to discuss your needs. All consultations are confidential and non-judgemental. I will suggest an initial assessment and then if you feel comfortable with me we can arrange a weekly session going forward. If I feel I am not the best person to help you I can refer/signpost you to someone more suitable.
