About me and my therapy practice
Hello and thank you for visiting my page. I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP.
I work interactively with my clients on wide ranging issues, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, depression, low confidence and self-esteem, past traumatic events, self-harm and gender identity.
I offer a non-judgemental, confidential space, where you can talk about whatever it is that’s brought you to therapy. I meet with clients in-person or online.
Practice description
Maybe you’re struggling with a current life event like relationship difficulties, stage of life worries or work stresses. Possibly you experienced trauma in childhood. Perhaps you feel as if you’ve lost your way and want to take time to understand yourself better, your thoughts, feelings, behaviours. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, therapy could help by providing a space for you to look at yourself, your reactions in certain situations or within particular types of relationships, and ultimately decide what you may wish to change, or accept, to bring you to a point of a more fulfilled life.
My first session
There are several different types of counselling and therapists and deciding who will be the right one for you can seem confusing. Please get in touch and we can set up an initial telephone or zoom chat to decide if we would like to work together.
