About me and my therapy practice
Hello and thank you for visiting my directory listing.
I am a trainer, psychotherapist, counsellor and hypnotherapist and I have over 25 years of experience in working with vulnerable people. I am a Master Practitioner NLP.
My primary focus is helping people develop their potential through counselling and psychotherapy.
My approach is Multimodal and Integrative, drawing upon a range of therapeutic approaches in order to meet individual client's needs, rather than using a prescriptive "one package suits all" that is used by some therapists.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individual clients and also with groups with a diverse range of mental health and emotional issues, in addition to training counsellors and life coaches.
My special interests are bereavement and loss and the effect of unresolved grief in adulthood. My work in therapy, alongside my research into the effects of bereavement, has led me to believe that loss is something that affects everyone and is frequently an unresolved issue for many people.
Whatever issues and concerns you would like to talk about I can offer you a confidential safe space to do so.
