About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who trained in Lancaster as well as Staffordshire University. I am committed to providing you with effective psycho-therapeutic methods and skills to help you lead a happier and more satisfying life!
In my practice (face-to-face or online) you will:
- Discover and explore those conscious and sub-conscious aspects of yourself that are adversely impacting your life.
- Practice valuable easy-to-use techniques that help you take control over your mind, emotions and behaviours.
- Acquire key psychological concepts of the workings of the mind.

My practice is a spacious, quite and comfortable room located on the ground floor of my home (2 meters from the entrance). Plenty of parking spaces are available near the entrance.
My first session
The initial session is 1 hour long. You will have the opportunity to tell me about yourself, what brought you to counselling, as well as your goals and expectations of therapy. We will also set aside some time to go through the therapy contract and complete a short initial assessment.
