About me and my therapy practice
What I offer: I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and warm environment where you can safely explore what's going on for you, making sense of it all and eventually try to find your best way forward. I will not tell you what to do but will help you in this process.
Although person-centred based, I integrate various therapeutic techniques throughout the course of therapy matching the idiosyncratic need of the client.
About me: For as long as I can remember it has been my aim to constantly grow as a person and self-actualise. Ten years ago I decided to help others achieve their potential as well and started to work as a youth mentor. I started my counselling training in 2014 at Manchester College and have not stopped training ever since . Currently, I am studying for a BSc HONS (top -up) under Staffordshire University. I currently work in private practice as well for Anxiety UK- a charity specialising in anxiety disorders. My specialities include working with anxiety-related problems as well as working with children and adolescents. My current studies focus on the treatment of trauma as well as a body-focused approaches to psychotherapy (which I am currently doing research on).
