About me and my therapy practice

I work one to one with adults in either NW10/NW6 or EC4. I am an Integrative Counsellor and my specialism is working with clients who have experienced childhood family disruption (loss/abandonment/separation/divorce) which impacts their relationships and way of being now, be that feeling anxious, depressed, or lonely. We can explore possible connections between past and present and how to find ways forward to help you to feel better. My aim is to build a comfortable working relationship that enables you to feel safe and be open to talking freely with me.

I have worked with people who experience a wide variety of difficulties such as anxiety and/or depression alongside relationship problems with family/partners, an eating disorder, bereavement, low self-esteem, loneliness, unresolved grief and different forms of trauma (developmental/relational).

I am experienced in working with loss of a parent or a physically/emotionally absent parent. I am completing a Masters Dissertation on absent fathers. I can offer mindfulness either on its own or as part of a therapy session.

I understand counselling/therapy is expensive and not affordable for everyone. Therefore in each location I offer a limited number of concessionary slots. A concessionary rate would be discussed and negotiated according to circumstances. Please ask if you would like to discuss this.

What I can help with

How I deliver therapy
