N.B. I am now currently fully booked and have no availability for the foreseeable future.

I do face to face counselling in a hired counselling room in Cardigan on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm.

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50 payable by cash, paypal or bank transfer within 7 days.

About me and my therapy practice

Having worked on the coalface as an alcohol, drug and homelessness worker becoming a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist was a natural progression drawing upon a rich life experience.

My peers tell me that one of my best skills is early development of the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. This quickly allows you a safe place to work on whatever you wish to bring and so I look forward to meeting you with my focused, attentive style coupled with lots of curiosity, encouragement and warmth.

Practice description

I work with Panic Attacks, Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, Family Conflict, Unemployment, Self-Harm, Family Relationships, Substance Misuse, Alcoholism, Self Esteem, Nightmares and Spirituality.

I only work with individuals aged 18+

I do not do couples counselling or group counselling.

My first session

In this first session we look at the counselling contract and address your three wishes from therapy. I will also carry out an assessment and agree method of payment.
